Senior designer with focus on process engineering (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Konstruktion verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen und die Erarbeitung von systemorientierten Lösungskonzepten

• CAD-Konstruktion von Strukturen, Komponenten und Baugruppen des verfahrenstechnischen Anlagenbaus

• Erstellung von Einzelteilzeichnungen

• Arbeiten mit R&I-Fließschema, Auslegung und Zeichnung von Rohrleitungssystemen

• Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Aufbau und Pflege von skalierbaren Baugruppen und Modellen

• Statische und dynamische Berechnungen von Konstruktionen

• Sicherheitsrelevante Analyse und Umsetzung entsprechend geltender Normen und Regelungen

• Mechanische & prozesstechnische Auslegung, Dimensionierung und Spezifikation von Apparaten, Aggregaten und Armaturen

• Qualitative Auswahl der Komponenten und Erstellung von Stücklisten und Datenblätter für die Beschaffung

• Aufbau und Pflege von digitalen Datenstrukturen in den entsprechenden IT-Tools

• Erstellung von produkt- und projektspezifischer Dokumentation

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, process technology, apparatus engineering.

• Sound knowledge of common 3D CAD systems, e.g. Solid Edge, Inventor

• Knowledge of technical plant design, especially pressure vessels and piping systems

• Demonstrable professional experience in the design of process plants, machinery, equipment or special machines as well as knowledge in process engineering

• Competence in the application of the following standards: EPD, AD2000, EN13445, ASME

• Competence in classification and assignment of necessary APZ/certificates in the field of pressure equipment, pipeline construction and steel construction

• Experience in SIL, FEMA and explosion protection desirable

• Experience in the field of documentation of pressure equipment desirable

• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

• Low to medium willingness to travel

• Strong communication skills, commitment, technical affinity and sense of responsibility round off your profile
