Project Manager Hydrogen (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Project management in plant engineering / project management of turnkey EPC projects in hydrogen technology (electrolysis and hydrogen filling stations)

• Confident communication with the customer

• Ensuring that your projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality.

• Continuous monitoring of project progress and initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations from plan

• In this way, you actively manage projects, identify risks at an early stage and ensure that they are avoided

• You will manage highly complex projects and product developments in close cooperation with internal teams

• You will continuously optimize execution processes and apply project management tools and methods

• Process and stakeholder management

• You support the development and implementation of initiatives to improve efficiency and quality

• You will ensure that each project/project phase is initiated, planned, executed, monitored and controlled, and closed out

• Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, finance, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a university degree (master's/diploma) in a technical field, for example mechanical or electrical engineering.

• In addition, you convince with several years of professional experience ideally in the hydrogen, energy and/or plant industry.

• You have extensive experience in project management

• You are characterized by a strategic and operative way of thinking

• You have very good German and English language skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Independent and decisive
