YOUR TASKS:
Technical tasks
Site management at home and abroad, organisation of the entire construction site
Planning and coordination of all construction phases and suppliers
Supervision of all mechanical and electrical construction activities at the plant site, including compliance with costs, environmental aspects and deadline
Detailed maintenance of a construction diary
Preparation of assembly plans
Preparation of technical documents, in particular documentation of technical deviations or adjustments in execution
Training and development of other assembly personnel from our company
Ensuring our quality standards and safety regulations
Inspection and acceptance of plant foundations, as well as all assembly steps
Immediate reporting of all deviations/adjustments or deficiencies to the responsible project manager
Participation in customer meetings, representation of the responsible project manager on site
Participation in internal project status meetings
Commercial/legal tasks
Adherence to country-specific work safety standards/rules on the construction site
Taking effective measures to ensure occupational safety on the construction site
Immediate reporting to the responsible project manager in the event of problems relating to occupational safety, immediate action on site to avert dangerous situations
Task controlling and deadline tracking of progress on the construction site
Management tasks
Responsible for work safety on the construction site
Organisation of the team and planning of capacities
Allocation of tasks and supervision
Coordination of other trades
Contact person in case of problems
Liaison with the client (project manager) and the FEST project manager
Control of staff workload
Coordination and organisation of the on-site team (including assembly, process engineering, EMSR, external companies)
Authority to issue instructions
On the construction site, vis-à-vis FEST personnel as well as vis-à-vis external parties (in particular also vis-à-vis service providers who carry out work on behalf of FEST)
Decision-making authority
With regard to the organisation of the construction site
With regard to the work processes in close coordination with the responsible specialist on site and in the knowledge of the project manager

YOUR SKILLS:
At least 5 years of experience as site manager or similar on international construction sites- Confident manner in dealing with
Knowledge of the safe handling of hydrogen or hydrogen plant technology and/or process automation
Confident assessment/appreciation of the skilled labour required for the work to be carried out (global technical understanding)
Written and spoken English
Commercial understanding
Organisational talent
Project management
Knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook
