YOUR TASKS:

  • You will work with our hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide expertise and guidance on the hiring plan and strategy, driving the full hiring cycle.

  • Actively use data to shape your work, assess and measure your candidate funnels, create reports for your hiring teams.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with the different teams.

  • Focusing on providing your candidates with a first class experience at every opportunity.

  • Conducting thorough behavioural interviews and phone calls to assess both basic technical knowledge and the skills required for success.

  • Advocating and promoting a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.

  • Sourcing passive candidates through various channels and activities.

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous 360 recruiting experience especially recruiting for technical and engineering roles in Germany

  • A demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent in volume roles

  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans

  • Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems

  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly

  • The ability to adapt to constantly changing/fluctuating targets and business needs

  • Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

The role can be remote, hybrid or in our office in Goslar, Germany
