YOUR TASKS

  • Active business expansion through sales measures with assigned existing customers.

  • Responsibility for the acquisition of new customers in the areas of process automation, energy technology and IT

  • Establishment of a resilient sales pipeline and closing reliability when following up on offers

  • Continuous observation of the market and competitors

  • Together with your team of colleagues, you develop intelligent automation solutions adapted to customer requirements in the form of specifications and quotation documents

  • You will conduct customer meetings for technical coordination and contract negotiations

  • Budget responsibility with regular results analysis and reporting to the Sales Director

Job requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You should have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on automation technology and/or power engineering and have professional experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility. You are also welcome to convince us with a corresponding technician training.

  • First professional experience in field service, ideally in the area of process automation and power engineering

  • Your customer and market orientation, your professional competence, your confident manner and your ability to close deals and assert yourself make you a valued contact person for our customers.

  • In addition to your willingness to travel, you have strong communication skills, negotiating skills and a commercial understanding.

  • You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.

  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
