YOUR TASKS:
Project management in plant engineering / project management of turnkey EPC projects in hydrogen technology (electrolysis and hydrogen filling stations)
Confident communication with the customer
Ensuring that your projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality.
Continuous monitoring of project progress and initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations from plan
In this way, you actively manage projects, identify risks at an early stage and ensure that they are avoided
You will manage highly complex projects and product developments in close cooperation with internal teams
You will continuously optimize execution processes and apply project management tools and methods
Process and stakeholder management
You support the development and implementation of initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
You will ensure that each project/project phase is initiated, planned, executed, monitored and controlled, and closed out
Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, finance, etc.
Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
You have a university degree (master's/diploma) in a technical field, for example mechanical or electrical engineering.
In addition, you convince with several years of professional experience ideally in the hydrogen, energy and/or plant industry.
You have extensive experience in project management
You are characterized by a strategic and operative way of thinking
You have very good German and English language skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
