Job description
YOUR TASKS:
- Financial planning and analysis: Responsible for creating and analysing financial plans, budgets and forecasts. Coordinate with various departments to develop and monitor financial goals and strategies.
- Monthly and year-end close: Lead the monthly and annual close process. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Cost control and optimisation: Monitoring the company's cost structure and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Financial analysis: Performing detailed financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis and KPI tracking. Providing insight into the organisation's financial performance and developing recommendations for improvement.
- Forecasting and risk management: Preparation of financial forecasts and risk assessments. Developing strategies to minimise risk and ensure the company's financial stability.
- Development: Further development of controlling, introduction and digitalisation of tools. Ensuring an effective flow of communication and close collaboration with other departments.
Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree in business administration, finance or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in finance
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis and reporting, as well as digitalisation of reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce accurate reports.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
