Head of Project Management (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• International responsibility for project execution in the hydrogen business
• Leading project management
• You will ensure that our projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. Therefore, you continuously monitor the project progress and initiate countermeasures in case of deviations from the plan
• In this way, you actively manage projects and the portfolio, identify risks at an early stage and ensure that they are avoided
• Closely cooperating with teams internally, you will manage highly complex projects and programs
• You will continuously optimize the execution processes and drive state-of-the-art project management tools and methods
• In addition, you will promote claim and change management.
• Process and stakeholder management
• Recruitment, training & internal initiatives
• Supporting the development and rollout of initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
• Ensure that each project/project phase is initiated, planned, executed, monitored & controlled, and closed
• Close alignment with sales, technology, finance, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a university degree (Master / Diploma) in a technical or business field.
  
• In addition, you convince with many years of professional experience ideally in the hydrogen, energy and/or Anlagen industry.
• You have extensive experience in project management or related functions
• Furthermore, you are characterized by a strategic and operational mindset as well as several years of leadership experience and have already managed teams
• You have an excellent command of the English language and are willing to travel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter and decision maker
• Experience in growth and scaling companies
• International mindset and team player
• Proven execution excellence in past experiences
• Consultative and solution mindset with the goal to achieve customer success
